Style within a City of a City

Style within a City of a City is local people with different opinions that lives, eat and breath fashion. I visited the streets of Charleston, South Carolina were I currently reside, I encounter people with different ideas, passion and opinion for the fashion world. I saw two young female and their style was very refreshing, so I stopped the two ladies to inquire about their attire. They were very excited and happy that I was interested in what they were wearing.

The first question that I asked was; where does your inspiration in fashion comes from as a local fashionista. And their answer was very interesting, they told me it comes from there great grandmother who was a local seamstress that have done work for about everyone in town and within their family.

They said that their great grandmother would tell them to let there imagination go wild, when it comes to putting the right pieces together to make a bold statement. They also said their top was made from a quilt that their grandmother had made during the second world war, it had patches from article of clothing from troops uniforms and other article used from troops bed covering.

The jeans they were wearing was of the same material, it had the same patch work details with the same colors scheme being pull together with their tops. It screamed fun and classy at the same time, full of details and well put together. These two sister 's were fun and exciting and will be continuing to honoring their great grandmother in style and fashion.

More to come from local and famous fashionista within Charleston...
